I added the following paragraph:

We invite highly motivated undergraduate students join our the ISL.
The minimum requirement is a GPA more than 3.5. The weekly time
commitment should be about 5-10 hours. During the summer, depending
on your availability, we may increase the number of hours. The pay
depends on qualifications. Workstudy students are also welcome.
