In order to be consistent with the ISL web page practice,
I placed our new papers in the directory:
 www.ece.orst.edu/ISL/private

There is a link from the home page (www.ece.orst.edu/ISL)
and also from the Resources page (www.ece.orst.edu/ISL/Resources.html)
under the title "Restricted Area". This directory will also
contain other pertinent information about and for the ISL.

The user name and the password is the same as before.
